The 2004 Entrepreneur Awards was held Tuesday, July 13 at Elmcrest Golf and Country Club. Over 80 business women were present including Senator Mary Lundy and Phyliss Kelly, a Charles City entrepreneur. Senator Mary Lundy presented the awards and Phyliss Kelly was the event guest speaker.
